This is a static, informational website. It uses no analytics, tracking cookies or first-party forms. Here we explain what data we receive, your rights, how we contract and under which license we share the method.
Privacy
If you email us, we receive the information you choose to share and use it only to answer and follow up on your request.
If you book a conversation, Google Calendar processes the booking under its own terms; that processing happens on Google servers outside Colombia.
The site stores only your theme preference in your browser (key mdg_theme). It does not identify people and uses no analytics or tracking cookies.
- We do not sell or transfer personal information.
- We do not train models with your data.
- We use no advertising or cross-site tracking.
Your rights (Habeas Data)

As data subject you may access, update, correct and delete your data, and withdraw consent at any time.

Training and consulting
Before enrollment we confirm validity, scope, calendar and applicable taxes. Published prices are per person and also apply to companies with up to 20 employees, which may receive a discount; with more than 20 employees we quote by scope.
Distance purchases: you may withdraw within 5 business days (Law 1480 of 2011). We also refund 100 % if you cancel up to 7 days before the start, and reschedule by mutual agreement.
Content is informational and educational; it does not replace legal, financial, medical or specialized professional advice. Decisions and their verification remain a human responsibility.
What you create during training (prompts, assistants, documents) is yours. We may use anonymized examples for teaching. Consulting deliverables transfer to the client once payment is complete.
Copyleft manifesto and license
Strategic knowledge should have no barriers. We publish the method, operating guides, prompts, assistants and structures under the MIT License: you may use, modify, distribute and monetize them.
Single condition: visible attribution. Include “© 2026 MetodologIA · metodologia.info” in what you derive.
Free knowledge is not free to sustain: these resources exist thanks to premium services (bootcamps, programs, consulting and solutions).
Brand and name use
The MetodologIA brand, logo, program names and credentials remain reserved. Only authorized Ambassadors use them under agreement and with attribution.
Third-party resources (ChatGPT, NotebookLM, YouTube, Google Calendar) belong to their owners and may change without notice; review their terms before use.

We update this page when services, the law or the tools we use change. The last-reviewed date appears at the top.
