From idea to prototype
Clarify the user, problem, value proposition and minimum scope before building.
- Receives: a concrete idea or need.
- Produces: a brief and navigable prototype.
- Checks: another person understands the flow.
Four-workshop route
Define the problem, build a useful version, deploy it and leave it ready to improve.
Four stages
An idea becomes a product when you can explain, test, deploy and improve it.
Each workshop receives an asset, delivers the next and closes with a check.
Clarify the user, problem, value proposition and minimum scope before building.
Turn screens and flows into a first functional application with AI-assisted development.
Integrate features, data, error handling and controls proportionate to the case's risk.
Turn feedback and findings into decisions, documentation and a prioritized next cycle.
Learn by building
Your idea or the team's challenge organizes every decision and review; no filler exercises.
Start with an idea, need or opportunity that must work beyond the workshop.
Decisions, versions and feedback stay connected so you can explain how the product advanced.
Continue, correct or stop based on evidence, not because a demo looks finished.
Agent-assisted development
We use the smallest set of prompts, assistants or agents that accelerates your case without hiding limits.
Research and product prompts help define the problem, user, value and scope.
Implementation and debugging instructions accelerate features, integrations and deployments.
Review, version control, tests and traceability make failures and decisions visible.
Feedback, limits and backlog feed an improvement cycle the team can sustain.
Three ways to take the route
The route can support an individual initiative, a team, or an organization.
Move forward with guidance, small decisions and a record that lets you continue after every workshop.
We align users, owners and controls to validate the first use and adapt the product.
We agree on scope, groups and continuation criteria before quoting a tailored route.
What remains
You can explain the product, show it, test its limits and prioritize its next version.
User, problem, proposition, scope and success criterion.
The main flow made visible before investing in more complexity.
A reviewable deployment for gathering use, feedback and observable failures.
Tests, documentation, limits and a prioritized backlog for the next cycle.
Per-person pricing
Four 2-hour workshops for COP 300,000 per participant: a COP 100,000 saving. Other duration or scope is quoted for the case. Per-person prices in COP. We confirm validity, scope and taxes before enrollment.
The same per-person rate applies to companies with up to 20 employees, with a possible discount on any training.
Tailored route
Per participant. Four 2-hour workshops; separately they total COP 400,000.
Workshop
Per workshop and participant. The standard is one 2-hour session.
Organizations
More than 20 employees: we understand the case, scope and participants; then we quote.

No. We adapt tools and guidance to your starting point without hiding the decisions you need to understand.
The complete sequence moves from idea to a consolidated base; we can also scope one stage.
Not necessarily. We first agree on environment, data, risk and release criteria.
We define them after understanding your case. Licenses, tokens or external services are included only when a proposal states so.
